Our HQ is London-based but we also have consultants on the ground in North America and Asia.
Sheryl’s 25+ year career spans marketing communications, management consultancy and procurement roles in Europe and North America – including Coca-Cola, Omnicom, The Walt Disney Company and IPG.
Having worked both client and agency side has given Sheryl a unique ability and passion for finding ways to improve working practices that benefits the overall relationship, reduces cost, and delivers great work.
She began her career in planning at FCB/LA and was then recruited by The Walt Disney Co to the newly created role of North American Media Director, based in Burbank.
She moved across the pond and was appointed Head of Marketing Communications at Coca-Cola/GB where she managed Coke's wide portfolio of agencies including the negotiation of all fees and contracts.
She also spent several years as Digital Director of Omnicom EMEA and has been a Director of IMA for many years, now leading all the client/agency-related commercial projects and IMA's pitch consultancy.
David started his advertising career as Head of Radio at Bates Dorland before moving into the world of production at one of the leading global production companies: Moving Picture Company.
He was Founder of production company The Business, Direktion Ltd and MD of Harry Films. David has worked on some of the biggest international brand productions including Walgreens Boots, Virgin Atlantic, Absolut, VW, P&G, Sony, British Airways and Coca-Cola.
He was awarded a Golden Lion at Cannes and lectures on production for The British Council and the National Film & Television School. He still dabbles in his own film production which keeps him on the cutting edge of all the trends and technology.
David has been a core part of the IMA team for many years and has worked on just about every client – from beauty to telecoms to finance and retail.
Let’s face it, Vanessa really runs the show. She keeps the wheels turning at IMA HQ and ensures we all stay on track. At IMA we highly value a diverse skillset, so we were delighted when we found Vanessa who brings fabulous project management, budgeting, and marketing skills to the team.
